From 44Kg to 100Kg
Sunday July 10th All men, open, master, teenage, sub-master
10:00 am powerlifting, bench, pushpull, deadlift
From 110Kg and up
Weigh- in- schedule
Friday July 8th 10:00 am ----12:00 pm and 6:00 pm---8:00 pm
All lifters from 44Kg to 100 Kg all classes
Saturday July 9th 10:00 am----12:00 pm and 6:00 pm---8:00 pm
All lifters from 110Kg and up all classes
If you want a meet t-shirt you will need to pre order, there will very few for sale at meet shirts will be
$ 15.00 just put your size on the entry form and add the 15.00 on to entry fee. If anyone wants to lift
In more than 1 class since you will lift on the same day you will only have to lift once subtract $10.00 for each additional class
