ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ о проведении GPA-IPO & GPA-D Eurasian Open Championships по
пауэрлифтингу, жиму лежа и становой тяге среди мужчин и женщин.
1. Цели и задачи:
1. Выявление сильнейших спортсменов мира по версии GPA-IPO и GPA-D; 2.
Укрепление дружеских международных связей между странами участниками; 3.
Фиксация рекордов мира и Европы по версии GPA-IPO и GPA-D; 4. Пропаганда
здорового образа жизни.
2. Сроки и место проведения:
Соревнования проводятся 22.04-24.04. 2016г. в г. Киев, Украина.
Расписание взвешиваний и выступлений будет составлено на основании
предварительных заявок и доступно на http://www.power-committee.com.ua

3. Руководство проведением соревнований:
1. Президенты мировых федераций GPA-IPO - GPA-D. 2. Оргкомитет соревнований: -
главный судья соревнований - Воробей Б.Ю. президент GPA-D Europe\ UPC.
- глава оргкомитета. Погасий А. В. вице-президент UPC.
- секретарь соревнований Мичка И. В.
4. Регламент. Судейство. Допинг контроль.
1. Соревнования проводятся по международным правилам GPA-IPO и GPA-D.
2. Спортсмены соревнуются в следующих дисциплинах:
- жим лежа без экипировки (все весовые и возрастные категории);
- жим лежа в экипировке (все весовые и возрастные категории);
- пауэрлифтинг без экипировки (все весовые и возрастные категории);
- пауэрлифтинг в экипировке (все весовые и возрастные категории);
- пауэрлифтинг без экипировки и без коленных бинтов (все весовые и возрастные
категории);
- становая тяга без экипировки (все весовые и возрастные категории);
- становая тяга в экипировке (все весовые и возрастные категории);
3. К судейству допускаются только судьи GPA-IPO и GPA-D или судьи международной
категори по версии UPС. 4. Спортсмены дивизиона GPA-D тестируются на применение
допинга (количество проб зависит от количества участников) .
5. Участники соревнований:
К участию в соревнованиях допускаются спортсмены стран, входящих в международные
федерации GPA-IPO- GPA-D.
Ограничений по количеству участников от страны в одной весовой 5 человек, при
командном зачете. Остальные участники могут заявиться в личном зачете.
Заявки от иностранных спортсменов принимаются через национальные федерации
GPA-IPO- GPA-D или в личном зачете.
Спортсмены Украины допускаются только при действительном членстве в UPС (участие
в чемпионате Украины 18-20 марта 2016 года). Исключения возможны только по
именному приглашению Президента UPС, с последующим рассмотрением заявки
Оргкомитетом чемпионата.
6. Абсолютное первенство:
Разыгрывается среди мужчин и женщин ( в открытой возрастной группе), по формуле
Решеля для GPA-IPO- GPA-D, в пауэрлифтинге, жиме лежа и становой тяге .
При количестве участников менее 10 в возрастной группе человек абсолютное
первенство не награждается.
7. Заявки:
Прием заявок начинается с 01 января 2016 года. Предварительные заявки от команд
и спортсменов – ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫ. Заявки принимаются по электронной почте:
upc@power-committee.com.ua. В случае не предоставления заявки до 07.04.2016г.,
будет установлен штраф в размере 50$ (долларов США). Стартовый взнос GPA-IPO &
GPA-D Eurasian Open Championships: Пауэрлифтинг - 50$ (долларов), за одиночное
выступление в GPA-IPO . 65$ (долларов) –GPA-D Жим лежа – 50$ (долларов), за
одиночное выступление в GPA-IPO . 65$ (долларов) - GPA-D Становая тяга - 50$
(долларов), за одиночное выступление в GPA-IPO . 65$ (долларов) - GPA-D +40$
(долларов) за сдвоенное, и далее за каждую дополнительную номинацию . Участники
чемпионата спортсмены из Украины одновременно с подачей заявки должны перевести
50% стартового взноса на расчетный счет Приватбанка № 5167 9872 0024 2945
Воробей Богдан Юрьевич . Для иностранных спортсменов обязательна 100% предоплата
стартового взноса одновременно с подачей заявки. При отсутствии предварительной
оплаты, будет взиматься штраф в размере 50$. Предоплата не возвращается. После
07.04.2016г., заявки будут приниматься только на рассмотрение Оргкомитета
турнира. Оргкомитет вправе отказать в приеме заявки в случае, если это может
привести к нарушению регламента соревнований.
Заявки принимаются только через национальные представительства.
8. Награждение:
Спортсмены, занявшие первые три места в каждой весовой категории, награждаются
медалями и сертификатами. Всем участникам будут вручены памятные дипломы.
Победители абсолютного первенства награждаются Кубками и дипломами. Возможны
дополнительные ценные призы за абсолютное первенство в открытой возрастной
группе (на усмотрение организаторов).
9. Финансирование:
Расходы по командированию, размещению и питанию участников, тренеров и судей
несут командирующие организации. Проведение соревнований осуществляется
организаторами чемпионата с привлечением средств спонсоров и стартовых взносов.
Настоящее положение служит официальным вызовом на соревнования.

REGULATIONS On holding GPA-IPO & GPA-D Eurasian Open Championships In
powerlifting, bench press and deadlift among men and women.
1. Goals:
1. Identify strongest athletes of the world according to GPA-IPO and GPA-D
standards; 2. Enhance international relations between counties-participants; 3.
Fix World Records and European Records according to GPA-IPO and GPA-D; 4.
Promotion of healthy lifestyle.
2. Terms and place of competition:
Competition will be held from 22.04.2016 till 24.04.2016 in Kiev, Ukraine.

3. Heads of competition:
1. The presidents of World Federations GPA-IPO - GPA-D. 2. Organizing commitee:
- Chief judge of the competition – Vorobey B. the President of GPA-D Europe\
UPC.
- The Head of organizing commetee Pogasiy A. the Vice-president of UPC.
- Secretary of the competiton Michka I.
4. Regulations. Refereeing. Doping control.
1. Competitions are help according to international rules of GPA-IPO and GPA-D.
2. Athlets compete in following disciplines:
- bench press without equipment (all weights and ages categories);
- bench press with equipment (all weights and ages categories);
- powerlifting without equipment (all weights and ages categories);
- powerlifting with equipment (all weights and ages categories);
- powerlifting without equipment and without knee wraps (all weights and ages
categories);
- dead lift without equipment (all weights and ages categories);
- dead lift with equipment (all weights and ages categories);
3. Only judges of GPA-IPO and GPA-D or judges of the international category
according to UPC version are allowed to judge the competitions. 4. Athlets of
GPA-D division have to be checked on doping control (number of samples depends
on the number of participants).
5. Competitors:
Only athlets from countries, that belong to International Federations of
GPA-IPO- GPA-D are allowed to participate in competitions.
Within the team competition there is a restriction of 5 athlets in the same
weight category from one country. Other participants can apply as individuals.
Applications from foreign athlets would be accepted through National federations
of GPA-IPO- GPA-D or as individuals.
Ukrainian athlets are allowed to participate only with valid membership in UPС (
participation in the Ukrainian Chempionship 18-20 of March 2016). Exceptions are
possible only in case of personal invitation from the President of UPC followed
by the Organizing Committee consideration of the application.
6. Absolute category:
Defined among men and women (open category), according to Reshel formula for
GPA-IPO- GPA-D, in powerlifting, bench press and dead lift.
There is no absolute category if the number of participants is less than 10 in
one age category.
7. Applications:
Applications would be accepted from 01 of January 2016. Preliminary applications
from teams and athlets are – OBLIGATORY. Applications would be accepted on
e-mail: upc@power-committee.com.ua. In case the application is not received till
the 07th of April 2016 a fine in the amount of 50 USD will be set. Entrance fee
for GPA-IPO & GPA-D Eurasian Open Championships: Powerlifting - 50$ (USD) for a
single performance in the GPA-IPO . 65$ (USD) –GPA-D Bench Press – 50$ (USD) for
a single performance in the GPA-IPO . 65$ (USD) - GPA-D Deadlift - 50$ (USD) for
a single performance in the GPA-IPO . 65$ (USD) - GPA-D +40$ (USD) for the two
nominations, and for each additional nomination. All participants of the
championship from Ukraine make a prepayment of 50% from the entrance fee on
account in PrivatBank № 5167 9872 0024 2945 Воробей Богдан Юрьевич followed by
their applications. For foreign athlets prepayment is 100% of the entrance fee
also followed by their application. If the prepayment isn`t made a fine at the
rate of 50$ will be charged. The prepayment is not refundable. After the 07th of
April 2016 all applications will be accepted only by the Organizing Commetee of
championship. The Organizing Commetee has the right to refuse to accept
application if it may violate the competition rules and regulations.
Applications are accepted only through national representatives.
8. Rewarding:
Athlets who took the first three places in each weight category will be rewarded
with medals and certificates. All participants wil be rewarded with diplomas.
Winners in the absolute category will be rewarded with Cups and diplomas.
Absolute winners in the open age category may also be rewarded with additional
valuable prizes (under the consideration of organizators).
9. Financing:
All the costs of participants, coaches and referees on business trip,
accommodation and food, bear sending organisations. Competition is held by the
organizators of the championship with funds from sponsors and entrance fees.
The present Regulation is an official call on competition!
