If you plan to travel to the GPA / IPO World Championships in Russia you will be required to get a visa. You will also need an invitation from the meet promoter to get the visa.

1. Surname and given name in Russian and English letters
2. Birth date (spell out day, month, year) and place of birth (city, state, and country.
3. Gender (sex)
4. Nationality.
5. Country where you live, address, street, city, and state. email
6. Passport number and date of issue.
7. Reason for the trip.
8. How long you plan to stay in Russia. (date you will enter Russia and the date you will leave Russia)
9. Where you plan to go while you are in Russia. (Points of interest)
